Grief can feel like an injury that no one else can see. Wearing something grief related helps us to grieve out loud and normalize the topic around grief. It helps other grievers feel connected to you as there is a mutual understanding amongst the grieving of the pain we carry, although stories may be different, we know it hurts to lose anyone we love.
