About Our Products

The Grief Closet personally creates designs for products that are "made to order."  That means once our team receives your order it will be sent to production and printed for you within a 2-6 day time frame depending on the item.

This type of production allows us to keep costs low and quality high.  It helps us cut down on product waste by not making more than we sell.  That being said we are unable to process returns due to customer error or exchange one item for another as we do not have inventory to restock items or a way to resell them.  Please see our "Return Policy" or reach out with any questions.

We stand by our products and will do whatever we can to help assist in items that may arrive damaged or defective.  Printing and product mistakes do happen, and in this case please reach out to us so we can help you.

We encourage all customers to double check your order before purchasing, check size charts provided and reach out with any questions beforehand regarding our products.

Direct to garment printing:

Our clothing designs are applied through direct to garment printing, which means the image is dyed right into the fabric instead of placed on top like vinyl.  This allows the product image quality to last a little longer with no peeling.  You will see fabric thread through the image. 

Wash inside out to protect image quality.  Please note that colors may seem less vibrant in person than on screen and appear different depending on product color the image is placed on.
